Sales Officer - Founders Staff (Internship, Contract-to-Hire)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Connect with potential buyers and understand their real property requirements in detail 2. Guide customers honestly through the complete home-buying journey with radical transparency 3. Handle the entire sales cycle end-to-end, from self-driven lead generation to deal closure without handoffs 4. Follow up with interested leads through calls, messages, and structured meetings 5. Match buyers with the most suitable real estate options based on their actual needs 6. Educate customers transparently about projects, pricing, locations, and investment opportunities 7. Schedule, coordinate, and personally conduct site visits for prospective buyers 8. Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients based on trust rather than one-time transactions 9. Keep leads engaged and informed at every stage of the funnel 10. Achieve sales and conversion targets through consultative selling while completely avoiding hard-sell tactics 11. Maintain complete, accurate client and CRM records so nothing falls through the cracks 12. Uphold uncompromised integrity, demonstrating the willingness to unlearn traditional aggressive sales habits 13. Operate with full field mobility and self-direction to build your own sales playbook without relying on rigid scripts Note: Interns who perform convert to full-time sales officer at 50,000/month fixed ( 6LPA), plus uncapped yearly variable pay and ESOPs) Total full-time CTC: 12 LPA; no upper limit on earnings
