HR Intern

Reckitt India's HR team is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support key initiatives across recruitment coordination, candidate communication, and HR operations. This is an internship program offering direct exposure to core HR processes at a large, multi-function organization. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Build and standardize personalized outreach templates for recruiters across all functions, incorporating Reckitt-specific content 2. Follow up with Hiring Managers to ensure role clarity is communicated before Round 1 3. Support the formalization of Hiring Manager engagement during the candidate's notice period 4. Maintain a running tracker of near-miss candidates and coordinate personalized outreach calls and emails 5. Support the broader HR team with operational tasks as needed
