Founders Office Intern (Operations & Growth)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Work directly with the founder to support the launch and daily operations of NovaRyd. 2. Coordinate with drivers, suppliers, advertisers and external partners to ensure smooth execution. 3. Assist with business development, customer acquisition and local marketing campaigns. 4. Conduct market research, competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities. 5. Help organise operational processes, documentation and launch activities. 6. Support testing of the NovaRyd mobile application and collect customer feedback. 7. Visit field locations when required and assist with operational problem solving. 8. Take ownership of projects and help execute new ideas from concept to completion. You will work directly with the founder and gain exposure to operations, marketing, partnerships, fundraising, product development and business strategy.
